Urgency, Multiple Sclerosis, Tai Chi

Living with a chronic and progressive disease creates a sense of urgency. My mantra might be: "Don't look back. Something might be gaining on you." -- Satchel Paige. Cultivating tai chi acknowledges the urgency without generating anxiety. Live and practice each day as it comes. Other choices are neither attractive nor helpful.
