The Way We Age (link)
A must read for everyone especially MSers. I've often thought that MS effects resembled accelerated aging. Getting older and staying independent as long as possible is something most of us want.

yikes! that was no fun. made my teeth hurt. but i do sometimes wonder what of my symptoms are ms and what are old age.
my therapist has coined the term "aging-plus." i think it is apt. does than make me an old fart -plus?
