Just Stand Up
Mmmm….Well I’ve been working on that correction for 12 years! A summary of “just” the changes I remember over the past couple of years necessary for “just standing up”: open ankles, sacrum action, heel strike to trigger sacrum, stretch connective tissue on front of torso, rib joint movement, spine flexing and moving forward towards sternum, sternum rises, shoulders going back and down with flexing of spine. And I have a considerable way to go before I “just” stand up.
